We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online and see its delivery progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the courier.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. JoyBit is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
